Today (September 16) afternoon, accompanied by a loud whistle, the first high-performance multi-purpose deck transport ship "Ou Yang 101" built by Shanghai Ou Yang Offshore Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (Ou Yang Offshore Engineering) was successfully launched in Jiangsu Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (Dajin Heavy Industry).

The total length of the "Ou Yang 101" ship is 118 meters. This ship is the first ship of the series of high-performance multi-purpose deck transport ships specially customized by Ou Yang Offshore Engineering for the transportation and hoisting of offshore wind turbines in China. In the process of design and construction, the external environmental factors such as wharf shipping capacity, wind turbine size and weight, weather and sea conditions of China's offshore wind farms are fully considered, and combined with the characteristics of wind turbine hoisting on domestic Wind Turbine Installation Vessels, targeted optimization was made to a general-purpose deck transport ship. The ship can efficiently carry out the transportation of offshore wind power foundation and wind turbine components, greatly improve the safety and stability of offshore wind power transportation operations, and give the Wind Turbine Installation Vessel more operation windows under harsh sea conditions.
